Buyers may wish to apply for residency under four existing category i.e. as Investors, as self –employed, as a professional or as a retired citizen (although non-citizens who purchase an RES property worth at least USD 500,000 will be eligible for a residence permit) or USD 250,000 for 6 months residences without residence permit.
